Ukraine Appeal

Over the last few weeks, we’ve all been watching with horror, the events unfolding in the Ukraine. As individuals it sometimes feels that there’s very little we can do to influence a change, but perhaps we can help some of the families caught up in this devastation.

With this in mind, we wanted to promote the appeal launched by the UK’s Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) to help the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians fleeing the conflict.

Fifteen UK aid agencies, including the British Red Cross, Oxfam and Save the Children are joining together to ask the public to donate.

People urgently need food, water, shelter, and medical care. The appeal will help people who have fled Ukraine, but also those who have fled to other parts of the country.

We have donated ourselves, along with the directors of our parent company, Obsidian Financial, and we feel that this is a cause worthy of sharing.
