Starting off 2024 with a spin

Earlier this month our team enjoyed our annual Kick Off Day. This was an opportunity to reflect on last year, and plan ahead for 2024.

Setting our goals for the upcoming year, a blend of professional objectives and personal aspirations, sets the tone for what we hope will be a year of growth and success, and one focusing on how can continue to evolve and serve our clients better.

We spent the afternoon slightly differently. We stepped out of our comfort zones and enjoyed a refreshing change from our usual routine with a foray into the world of pottery under the amazing (and extremely patient) guidance of Matthew from Matthew Jones Ceramics.

We had great intentions for creating a set of mugs that could be proudly used in our client meeting room. That was until Gareth’s first attempt on the Wheel saw his clay mysteriously disappear and then reappear on the workshop floor.
