Happy 50th, Josie!

In mid-July, our office was abuzz with celebrations as we marked a significant milestone: Josie’s 50th birthday! Georgia baked a delightful cake, and we festooned the office with balloons to add to the festive spirit. Josie made the occasion even more special with a luxurious trip on the Northern Belle steam train. It’s a double celebration this year, as Josie is also marking her 20th year with our team. Her dedication and hard work over the years have been invaluable, and we’re grateful to have her with us. Here’s to many more years of success and joy, Josie!

Mid-Year Planning Day: Reflecting and Refocusing

In June, our team dedicated a day to reflect on our business progress and plan for the future. Our mid-year planning day was a productive session where we assessed what’s working, identified areas for improvement, and set our objectives for the next 90 days. We spent the afternoon reflecting on the client feedback we’ve gathered throughout the year, which provided invaluable insights. To add a creative touch, we painted pebbles with words that our clients have used to describe us.

Welcoming Freya for Work Experience

We were delighted to have Sheneen’s daughter, Freya, join us for a week’s work experience. During her time with us, Freya learned about our day-to-day operations, observed client meetings, and explored the various roles within our business. We hope she caught a glimpse of the passion and pride we take in our work. It was a pleasure having Freya with us, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
