Meet Sheneen!

We’re thrilled to introduce a new addition to our family: Sheneen!

A little about Sheneen to help you get to know her better:

Sheneen lives  not too far away from our Cardiff office with her husband and two teenage children. She has a passion for animals, with two Labradors and two horses her household is a bundle of energy and keeps her on her toes! To relax, Sheneen enjoys reading (a lot!) and rejuvenating amidst nature going out riding with her daughter.

Team Development

At the end of September the team took part in a workshop day along with several other companies from across the UK. Our main focus was to expand on our knowledge and skills to ensure we are continuously enhancing our client service. At the day we had the privilege of listening to a distinguished guest speaker, Geoff Ramm, who has shared his insights on customer service at numerous events worldwide. His experiences were truly invaluable and will leave a lasting impact on us.

But it wasn’t all work and no play! Our day culminated with an evening at the ‘Flight Club’ in Cardiff. Amidst the darts and great company, it was also a bittersweet moment as we bid farewell to Sian. After 2.5 years, she’s embarking on a new chapter, joining her husband’s business. While we’re saddened by her departure, we’re equally excited for her new journey and extend our heartfelt best wishes. There is no chance of Sian being forgotten, she’s already popped in to see us a couple of times, and will be an honorary guest at our Christmas party!
